IonaFX, Inc. maintains normal business hours of 9am - 5pm (Central Standard Time U.S.) Monday through Friday. As a small company, holidays, travel, and vacations impact our availability. Our current calendar is:

The Monthly Uptime Percentage metric is calculated according to the following formula.

Monthly Uptime Percentage = ((Total Number of Minutes in Month - Number of Minutes During the Month for which the Product was Unavailable)/(Total Number of Minutes in Month))
